Hello! My name is Falyn Davis - I am a Houston, Texas native who loves all things faith, family, food, fashion and fun! "Communicating" is one of my gifts and I plan to use my gift to provide a unique voice for my community. I love storytelling and the process of putting each piece together to create multimedia stories to share with the world.

In 2018, I graduated from the University of Missouri where I received my degree in Convergence Journalism and a certificate in Multicultural Studies. A "one-woman band" is how I like to refer to myself because my convergence skill set crosses all platforms of journalism from researching, pitching story ideas, writing, interviewing, photo editing and creating compelling video and audio pieces.

Over the course of my career, I learned how to effectively communicate my stories socially and digitally using social media. Fortunately, I have had the privilege of working in some of the top newsrooms in the country which have helped me develop and hone my craft.

From collaborating and producing segments for CNBC’s "Closing Bell", assisting with production at the New York Stock Exchange, working on the Breaking News Desk, writing /producing social media content and pitching/writing stories for CNBC.com, writing for CNN, to creating multimedia (video and editorial) pieces for Newsy and Vox Magazine, to photo editing at the Columbia Missourian and hosting entertainment segments for Celebified, to even taking my talents to Beijing, China to report, engage and grow their audience via social media using posts, stories and tweets at the China Open tennis tournament.

I am currently a real estate agent in Texas. In my first year and a half, I have done 2+ million in volume. My goal is to always be a valuable voice to my clients and help make the world of real estate a little easier to understand. As their realtor, they can expect from me: consistent communications, knowledge about the market, great negotiation and an easy, unforgettable experience.

Outgoing, detail-oriented and trustworthy are just a few words my clients would use to describe me. Let me expound: I love to connect and work with new people. I have a strong desire to determine my clients’ goals and exceed them in excellence. And I believe that the most important aspect of any relationship is trust.
